I need to follow up on my experience with natures hand. I just returned today. I did have some problems the last tme I was there, as mentioned above. But the people were so nice and it was so busy the last time, I thought I'd try again. Before the guys started I spoke to the owner who was right there. I very nicely ask him to use fresh mitts because of the swirl marks last time. Now keep in mind this car has never seen a automatic car wash. Also if you use an automatic car wash the swirling on your car is quite different that hand swirling. Round swirls are hand done. Now most people don't mind these things. But if you own a classic exotic car, that's balck, you do. This man who I'm sure is very proud, started arguing with me immediately. I was speaking very kindly. But he kicked me out. I'm very careful with my approach to people. And I don't feel I deserved that treatment. And his site which I read very carefully before going there. Stated fresh mitts every time and seemed like that they were conscious of the type of care people are looking for. Because of this I would have to say.....you get what you pay for. And I will tell the 5 people who have started going there because of me to consider my experience before returning. So disappointed.
I brought my Range Rover in for an ultimate interior and exterior detail and they did an amazing job! Their staff provided great customer service and were very friendly, I will definitely be coming back in the future to get my car washed!
Today was my first time visiting Natures Hand Car Wash. I recently bought a 2003 SL 500 from California. The car had never been through a car wash, not a swirl on it. So I needed to find a hand wash since we are not allowed to wash our cars in the condo development I live in. I read the website carefully and choose Nature's Hand because they specify fresh cloths every wash. It was a little busy today which I didn't mind but in retrospect I think this made a difference in the wash job I got. It was still good but I had to point out bug spots on the front of the car and I left without fully inspecting the car because I had to move my car for another car to come out of the building. When I got home I noticed spots that were missed on the back and bottem of the car, and swirl marks. I can only conclude that because they were busy, somewhere down the line, either washing or drying they did not use fresh cloths. Fresh cloths are important because the slightest dirt from a car can get caught in the micro fibers and cause these swirls. I have to admit that I am particular about the quality of the job done, maybe a little more than the usual customer. But I will go back and try again. Because the men were terrific, very helpful and kind. I just think it was a busy day. The next time I will specify that the cloths be fresh. Thank you guys....
Being in the automotive industry my entire adult work career makes me a little more judgemental than most when it comes to anything vehicle related. This car wash is by far the best, theybuae Meguiars products, they take their time and their finished product is always a clean vehicle that you do not need to go over with a fine tooth comb! My car always comes out beautiful and clean I highly recommend this place!

Fine service for the cheap price. What I liked the best is the customer service. They talk to you even its busy and makes you feel welcomed. Ill def comeback to this spot for my cars.
